Madhur Bhandarkar plans a film about the business of Bollywood awards

In this interview with Rajeev Masand, director Madhur Bhandarkar reveals what prompted him to make a comedy like Dil Toh Baccha Hai Ji, and reveals that he’s planning a film that will blow the lid off Bollywood awards next.

    I know you are not a Madhur Bhandarkar movie fan, courtesy the tone you had on madhur movies in your No one killed Jessica movie review.
    1. When you interview him, can you shut off the movie critic in you and try to meet the person and not the director of movies you didn’t like?
    2. During this interview, say he comes across as a genuinely nice person, trying to do his best on celluloid with every idea. Will this new fond liking come in the way when you review “Dil Toh Bachach Hai Ji” ?

    I feel these 2 roles will run into each other and I am not sure if you can say that you gave your 100% as a critic and you gave your 100% as a interviewer. Would like to know what’s your take ?
