Kareena Kapoor on her priorities at 30

Filed under: Video Vault — Rajeev @ 8:11 pm

In this interview before the release of Golmaal 3, Kareena Kapoor talks about turning 30, and the shift in her priorities. She reveals why she’s seeking out big films opposite big stars, over challenging roles in interesting films. She also discusses her relationship with Saif Ali Khan and why she’s in no hurry to get married.

(This interview first aired on CNN-IBN)

  1. Can this woman get any more arrogant. I don’t know how you can interview her without laughing in her face. She thinks so highly of herself and discredit all the other actresses. It’s disgraceful.

  2. Oh common!! I absolutely abhor her!! Is she even a good actor!? No She’s NOT!! and i completely agree with you bebo that you know nothing besides “acting” notice at the 00:29 sec mark she says ” The last couple of months “HAS” been exciting!! so clearly her grammar is as sloppy as her ACTING!! Talentless !!

  5. I think Kareena is gorgeous and a very talented actor! No matter how good or bad her films are, she is always good in them. What makes her different from the rest is that she knows that she is stunningly beautiful and very talented and does not attempt to be modest about it. She loves herself, so what?!

  6. Kareena – Golmaal is the first trilogy in Indian films. Rajeev – hmmm…
WTF!!! Even if one considers Kareena cinema illiterate enough not to be aware of Basu Bhattacharya’s 70’s marital trilogy (Anubhav,Avishkar,Griha pravesh) , hasn’t she heard of Deepa Mehta’s elements trilogy (fire, earth and water) or for the matter, THE TRILOGY OF INDIAN CINEMA – THE APU TRILOGY!!
And to think Rajeev just nods his head and goes HMMMMM. Seriously, sometimes the bimbo quotient of Kareena just astounds me even if I mostly enjoy her performances. Hard to imagine how such a dumb person and clueless about her own field comes up with such instinctively good performances.
